Dana Keig helped Gordon start Pennant Development in January 2015. After taking a back seat role for the first three years, she joined Pennant as an active partner in January 2018. Dana oversees our marketing, market research, property management and accounting. She coordinates with our multiple consultants to keep our projects moving forward and our office running smoothly.
Dana began her career as Director of Marketing for one of the largest home builders in Arizona. After welcoming twin daughters in 1993, Dana stayed home with the girls for several years. In 1998, she began Keig Marketing Services (KMS). With KMS, Dana offered real estate marketing consultation to a handful of commercial and residential real estate professionals.
From 2010 to 2018, Dana worked for EILEEN FISHER, an upscale fashion designer from New York. As Store Leader, Dana oversaw the retail operation in Arizona. As Training Leader, she supported 13 stores in nine states and actively trained new leaders.
Dana and Gordon met at Claremont McKenna College in 1983. They married in 1986 and Dana, a third generation southern Californian, moved to Phoenix to be with Gordon. She graduated with a B.S. in Real Estate from Arizona State University in 1988. Their daughter Anna is an interior designer in Phoenix. Her twin sister Caroline is an attorney in Chicago.
